If it’s true that rain on your wedding day is good luck, then Isabella and Will are going to have plenty of good luck. It did rain on their wedding day, but it didn’t dampen their spirits. Although the wedding wasn’t held outside as planned and had to be held inside at the beautiful Royal Sonesta, it was still a wonderful party with a little extra sizzle provided by Rockin’ Doopsey and his band. They got the party going New Orleans style, which means everyone was up and dancing. Congratulations Isabella & Will, may the sun always shine on your life together.

Kristin & James got married at the Castle in Franklinton, LA. The first image was made into a large print that is now displayed at the Castle for visitors and has gotten many comments from people who see it. We had a great time at their wedding, and they wanted a special photo, so we took a few minutes during the reception to step outside and take a few shots, and this one just stood out. I’m glad we got a special shot for them to remember the very special night with.

Elysha & David’s engagement portraits were done just before Christmas. She wanted a nightime portrait with the lights, and the lakefront in Mandeville worked great. She also loves the images with a different look, so I did a little enhancing on these to make them a little more unique.
Stacey and David Wedding | Champagne Palace | New Orleans, LA
We photographed Stacey’s Senior portraits about 8 years ago, and when it was time for the wedding she called us right away. The whole wedding was at Champagne Palace, one of the nicest locations to have a beautiful wedding will little fuss. It was on a cold January day last year but everyone’s spirits warmed the day.
